This notice explains what this website does with information and how Hightide handles information shared during direct customer communication.
The quote form
When you submit the quote form, the website prepares an email draft addressed to Hightide with the details you entered. Your email app opens so you can review the draft, attach any selected photos, and choose whether to send it. The website does not retain the form information or photos.
Information shared directly with Hightide
If you call, text, or otherwise contact Hightide, you may choose to share contact details, boat details, location, service needs, scheduling information, or photos. Hightide uses that information to respond, assess the job, confirm the service area, prepare a quote, schedule work, and provide the requested service.
No sale of personal information
Hightide does not sell or rent customer information. This website does not use an advertising pixel or a marketing analytics tracker operated by Hightide.
Photos and retention
Only share photos that you have permission to share. Information provided in direct conversations should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain ordinary business records, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask Hightide about information shared in a direct conversation, request that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted when appropriate. Call or text (614) 483-3660, or email contact@marinehightideservices.com. The quote form does not retain any information, so there is nothing stored there to delete.
Updates to this notice
If Hightide later adds automatic online request delivery, direct photo uploads, analytics, or other data features, this notice will be updated before those features begin collecting or retaining information.
